Personal

Tyler Vongsawad was born in Southern California where he spent his childhood and adolescense playing at the beach whenever he could.  Starting in Junior High, Tyler became involved in student body leadership and continued that track throughout High School.  Throughout High School, he was also involved in wrestling, volleyball, and theatre.  At the age of 19, Tyler served a 2 year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, where he learned to speak french.  After returning from Canada, Tyler attended Brigham Young University.  While at BYU he met his wife, Amy.  Tyler Vongsawad graduated from BYU in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance.  Tyler and Amy live in Provo with their 3 children - Aiden, Samantha, and Adelaide.  Tyler and Amy are both avid snowboarders and attempt golf every once in a while.
